Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on YardCrawl:

• Recalled products (check the CPSC database)
• Stolen or counterfeit goods (bootleg DVDs, fake designer items, etc.)
• Weapons and ammunition (firearms, knives, pepper spray, etc.)
• Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products
• Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable liquids, etc.)
• Prescription medications
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Any items illegal under federal or state law

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected class
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Posting misleading or intentionally inaccurate listing information
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Spamming or posting repetitive content

Photo Standards

• Photos must be of the actual items being sold
• No inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit images
• No copyrighted material (stock photos, images taken from other listings)
• Photos should accurately represent the item's condition

Reporting

If you see a listing or user that violates these guidelines, use the report button on any sale listing page. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• A warning for first-time or minor violations
• Removal of the offending listing
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations

Content Moderation

YardCrawl uses automated keyword filtering to detect prohibited content. User reports are reviewed by the platform operator. We strive to act on reports promptly and fairly.
