Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid products on YardCrawl™: boost payments ($3–$5 one-time) and YardCrawl Premium subscriptions ($2.99/month).

Boost Payments

When you can get a refund:

  • Before your sale starts: Full refund available. Contact us and we will process the refund.
  • Platform cancels your sale (content moderation): Full refund will be issued automatically.

When refunds are not available:

  • After your sale starts: The visibility boost has already been delivered, so refunds are not available.
  • Seller-cancelled sales: No automatic refund. Contact support to discuss your situation.

Premium Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Premium > Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain premium features until then.
  • No prorated refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
  • Account deletion: If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining billing period.
  • Service issues: If the premium service is unavailable for an extended period due to a platform issue, contact us and we will evaluate a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled per Stripe's dispute process. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
